De Staalhard 100 van Willy is een hitlijst speciaal voor liefhebbers van heavy metal muziek. Elke kerst wordt het programma gepresenteerd door de ervaren dj's Sofie Engelen en Andries Beckers, die de honderd beste metalplaten van het jaar draaien.

Het programma Staalhard, dat wekelijks wordt gepresenteerd door Andries Beckers op donderdag tussen 16:00 en 18:00 uur, is zeer populair onder Belgische metal fans. De Staalhard 100 is een hoogtepunt van het jaar voor deze fans, omdat het de beste en meest populaire metalplaten van het jaar samenbrengt in één lijst.

Veel Belgische bands proberen hun nummers in de lijst te krijgen, wat aangeeft dat het programma niet alleen populair is bij de luisteraars, maar ook bij de artiesten zelf. Het is een geweldige manier voor zowel gevestigde namen als opkomende bands om hun muziek aan een breder publiek te laten horen en hun fanbase te vergroten.
